16 cavity blowmoulder rated up to 16,000 PET bottles/minute depending on bottle capacity. The linear oven has 16 heating modules and each oven module includes of 8 infrared lamps. Infrared oven brings the preforms to a temperature between 105 to 120 deg Celsius before they are drawn-blown in the finishing wheel. Weight of blow wheel: 16000 daN(with modules). Weight of electrical cabinet: 1500 daN. Weight of linear oven: 3500 daN. Pneumatic requirements: compressed air from 7 bar to 35 bars, control air flow from 95 to 200 Nm^3/h at 7 bar pressure according to item, spherical base from 270 to 1340 Nm^3/h with pressure up to 25 bars according to item and free standing base with flow from 375 to 1750 Nm^3/h with pressure up to 35 bar according to item. Blow air has to be dry, deoiled and filtered to 0.1 ppm. Chilled water requirement: flow up to 15 m^3/h with temperature 10 to 12 deg Celsius and pressure 5 to 6 bars and up to 36000 Kcal calories to be removed.
