Price for the two Gas Turbines and is FOB including all sets of spare

QUANTITY 2

Machine will be provided as set of complete turbo engine in dismantled condition. The
set includes as follows:

A) MECHANICAL
- Rotor (assembled)
- Combustion chamber (Assembled)
- Stator casings for compressor and turbine with blades assembled
- Center casing, core diffusor body
- Inlet casing with turning gear device
- Lube oil skid with all pumps installed
- Complete assembled generator with cooling elements

B) ELECTRICAL
- Medium voltage switch gears (VCB type) (needs to be evaluated by construction
party)
- Low voltage switch gear.
- SFC equipment’s with transformer (control needs to be upgraded by
construction party)
- Excitation equipment with transformer (control needs to be upgraded by
construction party)
- Unit auxiliary transformer
- 10.5kv SF6 circuit breaker for synchronization (needs to be evaluated by
construction party)

C) INSTRUMENTATION
- Synchronization equipment (needs to be upgraded by construction party)
- Telepm-ME control panel (needs to be upgraded by construction party)
- Skematic B controller for governor (needs to be upgraded by construction party)
- Field instrumentations are intact along machines parts, however it needs to be
reviewed and retrofitted as per the status of instrumentation parts by the
construction and engineering parties

- 4 Nos of cranes (Cranes (50 TON,10TON,8 TON, 6.25TON,2 TON * 2)

1. Air intake filter house
2. Exhaust gas chimney
3. Step up transformer
4. Station transformer/s to be fitted as per site requirement
5. Generator bus duct.
6. Off base oil and water cooler
7. Crude Oil/HSD pumping station in case of crude oil /HSD operation
