Equipped with: (4) 16 HP routing spindles with variable speed from 3,000 - 16,000 RPM; heads with wrench type spindles, each with its own inverter.

(4) 5.5 kW piggyback routers, each with its own inverter

FANUC 15M Controller with: Matching FANUC Servo amplifiers & FANUC AC Servo drives, monochrome CRT, manual pulse generator, inch/metric conversion.

Features cutter compensation, self-diagnostics, optional block skip, single block operation, and backlash compensation.

Machine is configured with an Extra Heavy Duty stationary bridge; cast iron dovetail spindle slides, head carrier & saddle for reduced vibration; air/oil mist spindle lubrication; and precision ground lead screws & rectangular ways with tank-type bearings supported by an automatic lubrication system
