Passing the laser scanner, the cross section of the product is measured at regular intervals. Information is processed and cutting positions are calculated based on your specifications and application characteristics to achieve optimum portion weight and length. As each cutting point passes through the knife section, the blade knife is accelerated rapidly - cutting through the product at a very high speed. The cut product continues on the output conveyor, which can be connected to other types of processing equipment such as weighing systems, graders, packaging machines, IQF freezers, etc.

The set of knives can be tilted 90 or 45 degrees, allowing you to present your product in a visibly larger and more attractive form. Knives are produced in a variety of versions - depending on the product you need to cut.
