The Urschel Model GK slicer allows you to cut ripe, soft fruits and brittle root vegetables in a variety of ways. These include classic, even cubes, stripes, posts and straight and wavy patches, and even three-dimensional shapes with four corrugated and two flat surfaces. The device is especially recommended for slicing wavy potato fries.

How does the Urschel Model GK work?
The vegetable to be cut is placed in the impement’s hopper. There it is moved and moves towards the slicer blade. It then passes through the adjustable slots, where – if the product is to be cut into strips – it encounters a transverse blade, then – if the goal is to get the cube – on the longitudinal blade. After all, the vegetable after processing goes into a container or conveyor belt further to the production line or for packaging. The whole procedure is fast and very efficient.
