Steelex Beam Drilling Line

Our new Unique New Beam Drilling Line offers a low cost solution for all your beam drilling needs for I beams, Angles, Channels, Square and Rectangular Tubes and Pipes.
The machine has three drilling spindles mounted on a movable bridge that travels along the part being processed and it can drill in three axis simultaneously i.e. on a beam it drills the web and both flanges at the same time. The system takes up much less floor space than traditional beam drilling systems and has much faster processing times than other low cost single spindle drills.

Three models are offered as follows;

ACDM 123/600 – 600mm wide x 310mm high with 40mm maximum hole
ACDM 123/900 – 900mm wide x 420mm high with 40mm maximum hole
ACDM 123/1200 – 1200mm wide x 420mm high with 50mm maximum hole

With all models a three station tool changer can be fitted to each spindle giving a total of nine tools that can be selected by the CNC control.

Product lengths up to 16m can be processed. These machines are manufactured in Italy and are CE marked.
