- Sybermat backstop continuous motion sorting and assembling machine, year 2000
- Sybermat comb loading, for manual transfer to:
- Marchesini Farcon FC420 blister packing machine with automatic de-combing and loading of syringes (year 2001) set up for single PFS blisters and also packs of 5 in one blister, with option to automatically feed separate needles into the individual blister, (manually fed into 5-packs), with SeaVision product detection and rejection (year 2013) automatically transferring to:
- IMA BFB A94 horizontal continuous motion cartoner (year 2001) suitable for single blister in carton
or 2 x 5 blister (10 syringes per carton)
- Ramsey AC-9000Plus RXM checkweigher, year 2000
- Marchesini Neri BL4000VTE TT tamper evident and top Bollino labeller, year 2012
- IMA BFB MS300-A collator bundler, year 2001

Output achieved on production 200 syringes/minute in single blisters, and 200 syringes/minute in 10-packs
