This new clipper has been specially developed for large gauged products. In addition to the normal product groups, such as raw, boiled and cooked sausages, other products e.g. ham, smoked or pressed meat and cheese can also be reliably sealed as a matter of course.
Fibre and collagen casings, as well as plastic foils, are processed in the range of 50 to 220 Ø. A conveyor belt, the speed of which can be controlled, ensures a continuous work flow.
A high degree of user friendliness guarantees safe handling.
The DCSV 5000 has been designed according to the latest ergonomic and hygienic principles. During construction of this fully automatic machine a high value has been placed on safety.
