TGM model E250 matic fully automatic stainless steel tube filling and sealing machine for Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Foodstuff products. The machine is set up for thermoplastic tubes utilising induction heated "hot jaw" method for closing and sealing. This method of closing/sealing is not compatible with laminated thermoplastic tubes. The heated jaws have a recirculating cooling water system to maintain the selected operating temperature of the heated jaws. The machine is complete with a metal fold jaw set for single, double and saddle fold closing of aluminium tubes. Main features of the machine include:> 3,700 (Max) tubes per hour. Plastic tube range 10-50mm dia; 50-240mm long. Aluminium tube range 10-42mm dia; 50-240mm long. 12 position workstations on the rotary turret. All stainless steel construction Tube pushdown device to ensure tube is fully located into the tube-holder: Coding set numbers and letters for plastic and aluminium. No tube/No fill sensor to prevent product wastage and spillage onto the machine: Large capacity empty tube cassette/tube loader with tube length adjustment: Stainless steel product hopper with agitator/ inductor auger to assist with product feed into three way valve: Tube registration system for orientation of printed tubes prior to filling cycle: Electrical cabinet integrated within machine footprint: Quick interchangeability of closing heads: conveniently located control panel The machine has its original documentation/user hand-book and several sets of tube-holder change parts: Various sets of tube holder cups for metal and plastic.
