TS103K-PTS-S4 Open Style Hydraulic Test Stand

Open style hydraulic test stand, model TS103K-PTS-S4, the test stand will be approximately 7’ x 5’ x 5’ (WDH) with a full size stainless steel sink, blue anodized instrument and control panels, skydrol service, 440vac, 3Ph, 60 cycles (please advise if different). The test stand will be capable of testing the following:

Hydraulic pumps
Actuators
Components
Hose and related items
The pump drive is rated continuous 60HP with overload to 75HP, 500 to 4000 RPM’S. A variable frequency electronic controller is used to control and read RPM and torque. All pressure gauges and flow meters will be calibrated. A separate hydraulic circuit with a 20HP motor driving a 0-5000 PSI, 0-10 GPM pump is used to flow test hydraulic components to 5000 PSI at 7GPM and 3000 PSI at 10 GPM. The pump flow and pressure is adjustable from 0 to full range. There is also a 10,000 PSI hand pump static circuit.
