Complete Extrusion line /Second hand/ for sale including:

90 mm /3.5”/Cold-feed Single Screw Quick Clamp Extruder – reconditioned and equipped with 3-Phase 55 kW electric motor operated by LS Inverter, 4 pcs. coil heaters, cooling system, vacuum pump.
2) 3 pcs. Hot Air Curing Tunnels – including two heat distributing ways by radiation and convection in each section, fully reconditioned/rewired, new ventilator shafts and bearings, shaft seals, New Yaskawa Invertors, new temperature controllers/. All heaters in good working orde. Insulation reconditioned.
3) Cooling bath.
4) Caterpillar – reconditioned, equipped with new Yaskawa invertor.
5) Winding machine - equipped with new PLC , incremental encoders.
6) Ventilation - Ventilation Fan -3.8 kW 3-phase electric motor/ 15 ,000 m3/h/.

The Extrusion Line is in good working order and ready for use.
The Line has been assembled in Turkey.
