The freezer is a continuation of the line that includes the belt frezer. It has been designed to minimize product weight loss and ensure quality gently carried out by the freezing process. The products are evenly fed from the production line directly through the device belt. This transfers the product to a low-temperature freezing zone. The tape spirals up or down along the spinning drum until it reaches the top or bottom where the frozen product is gently drained from the freezer outlet port. Due to the availability of a large surface of the tape, the product can be frozen in single layers or individually for IQF quality. Because products can change their original position on the belt during the freezing process, sorting after freezing different types of products at the same time is simplified.
