Used tube filler by UNIKO (CZ) model UP 062 P. Machine is designed for work on plastic tubes, with range of diameter – from 19 mm up to 50 mm. Lenght of tube from 75 mm up to 200 mm. Machine has stainless steel rotary table with adjustable height. Table has eight sockets. Filling through pneumatically operated piston. Machine has stainless steel conical product tank. Tubes are loaded manually, automatically orientated, filled, closed, marked and discharged from sockets. Working output depends on product and size of tube – can reach from 600 up to 1000 pcs/hour. Power consumption up to 3.4 kW. Compressed air supply – 4m3 at 4-6 bar. Machine has local control panel and is mounted on mobile, carbon steel support. Included several sets of toolings for diffrent size of tubes. Technical documentation in polish.
