- Features 12 filling stations with all aisi 316 ss and teflon contact part
- 165 mm turrett bottle pitch allows maximum container diameter of 100 mm
- 500 ml pistons with tapered rotary 3 way valves with teflon rotor,
- Valves are pneumatically activated for no bottle (no fill feature) bottom up fill from rising container pedestals
- Motorized cam allows on the fly piston volume adjustments via push button
- Pneumatically operated no drip fill nozzles
- Top central products hopper is mounted through rotary union, jacketed with swing open gasketed domed cover, internal fill tube and dual rotary spray nozzles for cleaning, powered filling turrett raising and lowering
- Factory control panel with major connecitons as plug in in nema 12 floor mount electrical cabinet, swing arm mount operator station, full glass door safety enclosure with safety interlocks, moveable drip tray on rear of filling turret for cleaning and maintenence, left to right orientation with flex link xm-85 conveyor and drive, cabinet style base with ss polished service doors.

Formerly used in branded cosmetic service. Includes some change parts and spare set of smaller pistons.
