Used Hartig dual head Blow Molder each with 6 pound capacity. Model #SMP-30 206-3624S40. New 1990. Has Maco 8000 programmable controller. Unit has a 3″ 24/1 air cooled extruder with a Lufkin DH200D-511 gearbox having a reduction ratio of 13.93/1 and a service rating of 173 HP. Gearbox is direct driven a 75 HP GE DC motor with Saftronics SCR. Has 24″ X 36″ clear platen area, overall platen 24″ X 44″, with 35 ton clamp. Dual heads with approx 19.5″” center line distance. 15 HP hydraulic package with accumulator. Previously used on HDPE. Last in operation 5/03.
