It is a continuous working French fries line. The line has all the necessary equipment for the production of uncoated french fries, e.g. it contains a 2-stage blancher and a dryer. Each machine is operated separately and has the necessary control elements, e.g. time and temperature control.

Characteristics of the main machines:
Peeling section- The peeling section consists of 2 batch working brush peelers. The peeling time can be set manually on each peeler. Depending on the potato quality, the peeling time can be adjusted. The potatoes are transferred from peeler 1 to peeler 2.
Blanching section - The blancher consists of 2 parts in which the potatoes are moved through the hot water with belts. The speed of the belts and the water temperatures are regulated manually. The additives, SAPP and dextrose, are added to the second part of the blancher.
Drying section - Dehydration is done with a 3-belt dryer.
Frying section: It is a simple fryer that has to be constantly checked by a worker.
