Alcohol production plant on sale producing up to 70 000 bottles per shift

The plant is the biggest one in Baltics region, it can bottle up to 70 000 bottles per shift and in pair with tanks of total capacity of 360 000 litres it makes a perfect set up for bulk spirits production. In addition there are several different tanks which allow bottling up to 15 different spirits. Also history of this complex includes bottling world known brands such as Stolichnaya, Мoskovskaya, Русская and Türi all of which were produced from water which is taken from a 140m well which is part of the complex. The first bottling line consists of a feeder, a Poggio FM 97 bottle washer (2003 / serial no. 2327), a Seitz-Werke filling company (year 1974 / serial no. 2423), an Alcoa PP390 screw cap fitting (excl. 1992 / serial number 54 786), labeling machine Gernep 12-640 RA, Possibility of bottling 0.5 l; 0.7 l; 1.0 l. Line productivity 30l/min.

The second bottling line consists of a Leitz filling machine (54 dispensers), a capping machine (9 with a bottle cap) Possibility of bottling 0.5 l; 0.7 l; 1.0 l. Line productivity 62l/min.

The third bottling line consists of Kammann compound feed 4,23,01 (excluding 1981/serial no. 6412), a filler (12 dispensers) and a capper. Line productivity up to 100 l/min.

The fourth bottling line consists of a labeling machine, a 6th bottler (line capacity 24l/min), a Bertolaso Sigma 103 cap (except 1980/serial no. 337,129).

Line productivity up to 100l/min. The third and fourth lines are designed for filling plastic bottles.
