Unit loads, breaks, flakes then grinds frozen meat blocks
MADE TO GRIND “MDM” FROZEN BLOCKS AS WELL AS NORMAL BLOCKS
ALL SS CONSTRUCTION
Blocks load onto UHMW platens (14-1/2" x 8-1/2")
These sre conveyed by SS chains upward to an angled chute
Blocks slide down chute to roller breaker wheels
Broken pieces then feed into flaker
Flaked pieces then drop into an 8 inch grinder

Infeed conv: 1-1/2 hp 208-230/460 volt
Breaker roller: 1-1/2 hp 208-230/460 volt
Flaker: 25 hp 230/460 volt
Grinder 75 hp 460 volt 1755 rpm gearbox 40.19 ratio
8 inch grind head: 109/3TE 11888 13973
discharges at 27 inches (adjustable height footpads)
