Used chamber filter press by ZNPW Rybnik (PL) with polypropylene plates 630 mm x 630 mm (54 pcs + 2 end plates). Working filtration surface 27.5 m2. Cake volume about 495 l. Plates have central channel, 4 symetric “eyes” and side discharge of liquid into carbon steel side collection gutter. Frame of filter press designed in carbon steel. Hydraulic closure. Machine is equipped with single screw feeding pump by Tofama model 40 PSR-2, driven by 11 kW, 965 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 hz, hydraulic device and local control panel. Machine was last time used on slugde water cleaning facility.
