Used Foamtec thermoformer

Listing description

Used Foamtec thermoformer new in 2004. Former consists of 1000mm wide X 1600mm long quartz oven, 800 X 900 forming area. (width can be adjusted up to 1000mm by using wider tools). Includes unwind for 165cm O.D. Rolls. Former includes a Siemens S7-300-315PLC and Siemens touch screen with recipes. All output relays are solid state for reliable operation.
Downstream includes a VFK trim press with product stacking chute and new Allen Bradley PLC with touch screen. Trim press includes safety curtains and inline grinder for skeleton scrap.
Downstream from trim press is a semi-automatic sleeve packaging line made by Macdue from Italy.
