Listing description

Linear continuous filler (no stop) with 4 heads in one station. Stations: cup feeder, cup destacking, no-cup detection, piston doser, (manual cleaning) double jacketed hopper for hotfill, pre-formed seal dispending by vacuum, seal detection, 4-head heat sealing, snap-on lid by slide on system (snapcap should have suitable design for this) and outfeed system. Total machine upgraded in 2012 with new electrics, new pneumatics, partly rebuild mechanics, new SS safety guards and automatic central greasing system. Controls: PLC Hitachi EH-150 and Exor touch screen HMI. Documentation available.
