The HT-30C three-knife cutter is characterized by durability, modern technical solutions and solid workmanship. The device is set up automatically using the “touch and work” control system. Thanks to this solution, the setting time of the device was shortened to approx. 1 min. The simplicity of the touch panel solutions allows the tripod to be operated even by an unqualified operator. The HT 30C is a single knife three-knife cutter.
The precise drive of the knife positioning system allows for high accuracy and high quality of cutting.
The construction of the tripod allows you to turn a book or a stack of books in order to cut it with one knife on three sides.

Stacks of books prepared for cutting are automatically fed from the feeder, cut and placed on the liner. After the stack of books is exhausted, the device stops automatically and waits for the operator’s next command. This allows the HT-30 to be called a maintenance-free device, as the operator can operate another machine while the tripod is in operation. HT-30 has the ability to save 200 repetitive jobs in the computer’s memory. It is easy to change or correct the programmed work. Due to the use of one knife, the time of setting or replacing the cutting element is three times shorter than in a traditional tripod.
The strong and compact structure of the device guarantees high quality and precision of cutting. The noise and vibration levels during machine operation are also minimized. HT-30C is equipped with a knife made of hardened, high-speed steel, properly profiled, which ensures high quality of cutting and long-term use.
