Used instant coffee packaging line with the capacity 90-200 sachet packages per minute. Main equipment of the line:
a) 500 liter feeding mixer Jolly (Italy). Size parameters – 1050x2000x1700mm (WxLxH). Electric parameters – 4KW/h, 380V, 50Hz.
b) VOLPAK model SL-140 S2 (Spain) form fill and seal packaging machine with the capacity 90-200 sachet packages per minute with min size 45x50m and max size of 90x115mm. Roll size – max diameter 500mm, max width 400mm. Sleeve diameter 70/72mm. Sealing width 6mm. Sealing type – linear. Air parameters – Pressure 6 bar, Volume 9.9 m3/h. Electric parameters – 380V, 9.9A, 50Hz, 3ph, 5.2kVA. Packaging material parameters – Three layers food grade polypropylene film with internal metallic lining.
c) MATRIX model MX 2840R (USA) form fill and seal packaging machine with the capacity 40 sachet bags per minute. Was used to pack 20-40 small sachets into a bigger one with size 290x240mm. Roll size – diameter 400mm, width 380mm. Air parameters – Pressure 5.5 bar, Volume 50 ltr/min. Electric parameters – 1.25KW, 50/60Hz, 220V, 20A. Packaging material parameters – Two layers food grade polypropylene film 25-35 micron. Size parameters – 1650x900x1800mm. 220 kg.
d) Also included: Transporters, Printer TREI P-4UM.
Previously used on instant coffee, reported that machine can be used on different bulk materials like sugar, tea, milk powder, etc.
