Kason Vibratory Sieve, Screens, Accessories and Dump Station

The stainless steel dump station measures 1550mm x 1230mm and 1700mm (with lid closed) - 2240mm (with lid open) and has an 800mm diameter opening, with a course concave grill / screen for loading.

The dump station measures 1035mm to the top of the legs and 840mm to bottom of skirt. It is mounted on four 4 castors.

The stainless steel Kason K40-1-BDS vibratory sifter screen which was manufactured in June 2015. Has 960mm internal diameter, 1180mm external diameter with clamps x 1470mm external diameter with outlet. It is mounted on four 4 castors.

The screen is 3 phase / 1.4 amps / 50Hz and has 0.5kW, 1440 rpm Invicta drive.

Included with the Kason vibratory sieve:

• the Dump station with vacuum connection port and controls (control box is lockable, just needs standard key)

• 1 x coarse grill 837mm diameter, 25mm x 25mm square cut outs, 3 locators on the base. This sits in the dump station and has a slight concave shape to encourage the loading flow

• Anti-Blinding Balls included, in very good condition

• 5 x seals included, varying condition; Motor: 3ph

• 8 screens included, in very good condition, many unused (one with minor repair on white seam, mesh good); 2 x 10mg, 2 x 16mg, 2 x 20mg & 2 x 30mg

• 1 x course screen included, in very good condition; punch holes are 13mm ID
