Optima/Schubert complete liquid filling & packing line for bottles consisting of Optima MODULINE bottle transport carrier-system (pucks), bottle unscrambler using Pick & Place-Robots, 100% tare/gross weighing of the bottles, filling machine with 100 litre product tank (10 filling stations, time/pressure dosing, diving nozzles, dosing range 50-250 (400) ml., EX-proofed, CIP) and capping machine for screw caps, bottle reject, bottle orientation, OCS Type HC checkweigher (max. 1500g), Schleuter Type FS-DUO/R labelling machine for front/back and wraparound labelling, coding station for printing on the base of the bottle using two (2) Hitachi RX-S inkjet printers, transfer of the bottles either into an HVS Typ HKMG vertical cartoning machine (GUK FA 21/4 Cartonac 91 leaflet folder) and thereafter into the Schubert case packer/palletizer or directly into a Schubert TLM-F2 / F44 automatic case packer for unpacked bottles or bottles packed in folded cartons with palettizing (Euro-Pallet, 1200 x 800 x 150 mm, max. stack height 1300 mm). As a modular system, the TLM line consists of two Transmodul sections and two-, three- and four-axis robots with image recognition systems. This means the products can be fed into the Schubert packaging line in two different ways: the bottles can either be arranged in transport carriers (pucks) or fed into the TLM line already packed on their side inside folding boxes. When the bottles are fed in, the four-axis robots use a single pick-up process to pre-group the bottles on the Transmodul. The cartons are oriented parallel to this in the line. Once the individual bottles or folding boxes have been pre-grouped, the next step is for an F2 robot to place the complete bottle formation into the cartons, which have already been erected and are in place. The filled cartons are then glued. The finished product undergoes a completeness check by passing through an OCS check weigher and an SRD labeller with label printer ZEBRA ZE 500 for labelling the closed cases (barcode, article no., batch no., etc., label size 70 x 150 mm), and the individual cartons are then palletized. Capacity up to 120 bottles per minute and 20 cases per minute.
