Drying quality combined with high productivity.
The wood drying system is equipped with a management computer capable of facilitating the programming of the drying process.
The wood drying system, operating at low temperatures, allows the evaporation of the water contained in the wood to be treated
without subjecting it to thermal changes that can cause cracks and deformations.
Thanks to a steam generator and the water evaporated from the drying wood, the surfaces of the material guarantee uniform humidification,
avoiding the formation of small cracks that occur with other drying systems.
The system also keeps the humidity gradient constantly controlled, by means of a condenser that precipitates the suspended vapor.
The conditioning of the drying chamber is obtained thanks to alternating flow fans and deflectors which,
through a battery of finned tubes heated with hot water, they raise the temperature of the air that is circulated in the stack.
This environmental conditioning, followed by the vacuum cycle, starts the process of transmigration of the water through the cell walls of the timber,
from its internal parts to the surfaces, from which the water is continuously evaporated until the desired drying conditions are reached.
The condensation water that settles on the bottom of the autoclave is periodically expelled to keep the environmental conditions constant.
