Vials, injection bottles, infusion bottles and infusion bags, complete facility for the production of liquid and freeze dried products, filling, optical inspection and packing. The plant consist of liquid preparation with a total of approx 100 mobile and stationary vessels from approx. 30 to 8,000 litres (Diessel, etc.), 2 (two) complete lines (washing, sterilising, filling & capping for rubber bungs/stoppers and crimp caps) for 50 to 250 ml. vials, 1 (one) complete line for freeze dried products (Lyo) (washing, sterilising tunnel, filling & stoppering) with HOF freeze dryer (lyophiliser) with stoppering and automatic loading & unloading system, 1 (one) line for infusion bags (Plümat), optical inspection department with 6 (six) Seidenader V90-AVSB/60 semi-automatic inspection machines and 1 (one) Eisai AIM 1088V fully automatic camera inspection machine, 2 (two) vial packing lines with labelling, cartoning, bundling and case packing (Pago, IWKA, Pester). It is a fully integrated facility which also includes sterilisers/autoclaves, bung washer, parts washer, etc.

Injection bottles at 50 & 100 ml with a capacity of up to 18,000 per hour
Infusion bottles at 70, 100 & 250 ml with a capacity of up to 18,000 per hour
Vials (freeze dried/Lyo) at 6R and 10R with a capacity of up to 7,000 per hour
