VMK 18 – Machine for filleting whitefish (sik), char and trout

The filleting section of the VMK 18 opens the belly and cuts boneless butterfly fillets. The waste leaves the filleting line through a chute. When used in this appearance, processing can go up to 310 fish per minute, infinitely adjustable via frequency control. Transhipment options include herring, mackerel, horse mackerel, sardines, whiting, sardines, trout, smelt and similar species.
