Meat grinder 130 mm
The meat grinder 130 is designed for grinding all kinds of meat, depending on the type of sieves and cutters used, the appropriate gradation can be obtained.
The meat delivered to the loading sump goes to the screw conveyor, which feeds it through the throat to the cutting units. Under the pressure exerted by the auger, the meat is further processed with a cutting unit consisting of knives, nets and regulating rings made of high-quality steel.
As standard, the meat grinder is equipped with a set of four-blade knives.
The device has a solid body on which the loading sump rests. The wolf's throat, hopper and bearing deposits are an integral whole, made of a single stainless steel casting. The drive system is based on a cylindrical gear, and in order to reduce the noise of the device, the gear ratio of the drive is provided by V-belts.
In the design of the wolf, the edges and hard-to-reach recesses have been eliminated, ensuring its easy cleaning. Bearing in mind the protection of the User, the machine has been equipped with a specially designed safety system ensuring safe operation. The highest quality of workmanship of each component guarantees the reliable operation of the butcher's wolf.
