Hartness Global Shrink 4510-80 tray and film shrink pack overwrapper with Laminar Shrink Tunnel. Overwrap feed is divided into (8) 2-1/2" wide lanes for bottles and includes 27" wide overwrap bar for plastic wrap. Shrink tunnel is fed by 48" wide belt, tunnel path measures 38" wide X 18' long x 17" high clearance, includes (2) top mounted fans at discharge of tunnel. Was set up to run 500ml 4x(3x2) packs, 500ml 6x(2x2) packs and 1.25L 4x3x1 packs. Planned to run (14) different configurations. All belts driven by SEW-Eurodrive gearmotors and complete with modern controls and associated MCC's and panels. Hartness overwrap. Tunnel. Allen Bradley Panenlview Plus 1000 HMI controller. Complete with low-level conveyerized tray feed system consisting of stainless steel belt conveyor. Model 4510 is rated for up to 60 cases/minute. Never put into service. Like new condition.
