PRIMA V8 .1. NORDSON

The immersion system is used to coat PCBs with lacquer. For this purpose, the PCB is placed in a substrate, which is then transferred to a coating bath (HFE). After coating, draining and drying takes place automatically. At the end of the processes, the basket is pulled out again and the PCBs are removed. After manually placing the PCBs in the basket, the process sequence is fully automatic.

The entire procedure takes place in automatic mode. The program can also be operated in step mode. All movements are considered steps. Temperature control is excluded from step mode.

Different baskets and different basket inserts must be used for different PCBs. The system is controlled by an electronic controller type SIEMENS S7-1200. Operation is carried out using a control panel with buttons and switches and a touch control unit located in the system itself.
