Description

A set of chambers for anti-corrosion works by the renowned SciTeex company: shot blasting and painting.

Blasting chamber

A chamber for abrasive blasting with dimensions of 5x5x15m.
It is equipped with a floor scraping and abrasive recirculation system, efficient dust collector, air drying system.
The remotely controlled pneumatic blasting machine makes the operator's work much easier and the abrasive can be used many times. Possibility to use many types of shot. All devices included in the chamber are controlled from the main control cabinet. The elements are transported from the chamber and into the chamber by means of transport trolleys moving on rails. The chamber is designed to be built into the hall.
The chamber consists of: floor scrapers, abrasive separators, tank, abrasive cleaner, dust collectors, dryers, ventilation elements, ducts, platform grates, control cabinet, all necessary hoses and cables.

Painting chamber

A 5x5x15m painting chamber.
It is equipped with a ventilation and air purification system. It has a system of blowing, exhaust and air heating (gas). The cabin is divided into two sections. All devices included in the chamber are controlled from the main control cabinet. The elements are transported from the chamber and into the chamber by means of transport trolleys moving on rails. The chamber is designed to be built into the hall.
The chamber consists of: painting unit, dust collectors, driers and air ventilation elements, air exchanger, fans, ducts, platform grates, control cabinet, lighting elements, all necessary hoses and cables, insulated panels.
