SENFENG FLK 120 Automatic Face Mask Making Machine was built in China in 2020. The surgical mask making machine carries out the fully automatic production of three-layer masks made of textile materials. Manufactured masks used, for example, in the medical industry, filter harmful substances in the air, such as bacteria and dust, while facilitating breathing.

The mask making machine uses fabric which is then automatically cut, folded and sewn. The mask is equipped with an ear strap with a diameter of 3 mm and a nose strip with a width of 2 to 3 mm. Full control over the production cycle of the machine for the production of surgical masks is ensured by the installed Delta PLC with a touch panel. The machine for non-woven fibers guarantees the highest production quality reaching as much as 98-99% and allows for the production of 90 to 120 masks per minute. The total weight of the machine is approx. 2,100 kg.
