- Highly economical dye trough with analogue level control, fabric guiding rollers, fabric spreader with guiding rollers. This dye trough enables at loadings between 55% to 100% of the nominal capacity an always equal liquor ratio, thus constant dyeing conditions
- Loading/unloading device with frequency regulated A-frame drive (on swivel arm) and spreader, for loading/unloading of the material from the A-frame
- Main roller drive with frequency control, infinitely variable over the entire diameter range, without scanning at the fabric, using built-in fabric monitoring and tension control system, with brake current return and short braking distances
- Oscillation device for moving the fabric back and forth during heating and cooling phase
- Sidewise displacement of the main batch roller, constant over-/underlapping or manual interference for straight-edged winding
- Automatic sampling point selection by the integrated fabric monitoring and tension control system
- Dyeing kier, installed on feet, incl. safety devices
- 2 Manual, easy handling hinged kier doors incl. inspection glasses and illuminated fittings
- Liquor circulation pump incl. motor and frequency inverter
- External tubular heat exchanger built into the circulation system for equal heating and cooling of the dye liquor
