SPECIFICATIONS
4-axis machining center with 2 main spindles.
Equipped with
2 main spindles (loaded with tools simultaneously that reduces machining time). Holder type HSK63F, collet chuck ER40.
1 horizontal spindle for cutting grooves on vertical surface Collet chuck ER32.
Drilling block:
29 vertical spindles, 4 horizontal spindle (direction ?-, ?+), 2 horizontal spindle (direction ?-,?+), 1 horizontal spindle for saw diameter 120 mm (direction along axis X).
Machine is equipped with EPS (electronical positioning system).
Two working tables, every table is equipped with 5 rails with 3 carriages on each. Tables can work in pendulum mode or as a sing table (for machining of long length pieces).
Each carriage can be equipped with sucker cups of two types: clamps with square clamping part, with round and sector clamping parts and vacuum clamps. Everything is in stock.
Tool magazine for 22 tools.
Machine can work with cutter blocks (cutter heads). Following heads are available:
1. Drilling. 4 drills are positioned horizontally, at 90 degrees (looking from the top). Using cutter block one can drill horizontal holes can be drilled at any angle to rotary axis C (round axis Z).
2. Drilling and milling. With one tool holder. Allows drilling/milling at any angle. Programmable axis C, axis A is manually set.
3. Cutting. The block can be equipped with saw blade (diameter 270 mm). Allows cutting at any angle (axis C) with max. depth 80 mm.
4. Drilling and milling. With two tool holder. Tool is horizontally placed, opposite (on one roller). Can be equipped with drilling tool, milling cutter, profile milling cutter, saw blade.

Software: BiesseWorks. Software allows to create any available machining and customize any tool. The program can identify the geometry of named layers in DXF file and automatically create machining. With configured postprocessing program for PowerMill CAM system.
