-Gauge Port - NW 16 flange
-Viewport - ISO 100 viewport with 4" dim glass viewable area.
-Pressure safety relief valve installed on a 1/4" NPT port

-Chamber Material: 304 stainless body with glass bead blast finish
-Chamber is rated for full vacuum to 10^-6 torr.
