The WILCOMAT® R 48 MC P/V is a tester designed for the detection of leaks

THIS MACHINE IS BRAND NEW AND UNUSED

Speeds of up to 600 vials per minute

Operation:

A transport belt carries the vials to the entrance of the machine

There is a rejection device for spilled vials on the transport belt

There is a stopper which holds (should a station be taken out of service) or lets the vials pass

A screw infeed scroll transports the vial to the entrance star wheel

The entrance star wheel then transports the vial to the rotary table

The rotary table has 48 identical test stations

Each test station has a test bell

During the test the vial is sealed in the bell and a vacuum is created inside it

The output star wheel takes the vial from the rotary table

Sensors send the vial to the correct exit

There are three exits: a “bad” drawer which has a lockable lid, a “retested” drawer, and a “good” exit

General Information

The machine has a touch screen which consists of several components: an industrial computer with a Windows Embedded operating system, the touch screen itself, and the WilOp software

Printing of test data is possible using a printer connected via the USB port. As the Windows XP embedded operating system is used, most printers with a printer driver for Windows XP embedded can be used

The machine has jog mode, a light beacon, two languages programmed which are English and French, and electronic user manuals in both languages
