Description

Set of machines for the production of warehouse shelves with an "omega" type certificate. A set of machines consisting of:
1. Wire straightener (25 m/min)
2. Linee for stamping reinforcements "omega"
3. Stencil welding machine

The straightening machine is designed for straightening wire in the range of 4 – 6 mm with a capacity of 25m / min. Rectified sections from 600 to 2500mm. The machine has a passive unwinder equipped with a friction brake.

The "omega" reinforcement stamping line is designed for extrusion from sheet metal with a width of 38 mm reinforcements for storage shelves. The line simultaneously extrudes and cuts the gain.

The stencil welding machine is equipped with two transformers with a power of 100 kW placed on both sides of the bridge. The welding machine is designed for welding meshes and reinforcements for meshes. 11 pneumatically pressed electrodes enable welding into several bars depending on the customer's connection.

The set can produce about 20 shelves/h operated by 2 people.
The line was produced in 2022 (January), produced 30 shelves ready. The owner of the company resigned from developing the company for health reasons and is currently in the process of selling his property.
