DESCRIPTION:
The machine has been designed and built according to the precise requirements of the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. The ideal use of the pneumatic conveyor 3VT 22XC is on compression machines, opercolatrici, on mixers where it is necessary to dose small and constant quantities of product.

MAIN FEATURES:
The vacuum pump creates a vacuum in the hopper by means of the connecting hose. By then immersing the sampling probe tube (located at the end of the suction tube) in the product, the product will be aspirated and deposited in the hopper. Once the suction is stopped, a pneumatic system opens the exhaust valve and allows the product to exit by gravity. A vibration system facilitates the descent of less flowing products. A blast of countercurrent air cleans the primary filter after each discharge. The cycle is repeated only if the maximum level sensor gives the signal. The loading, unloading and cleaning times of the filter are all adjustable through the timers located in the electrical panel. The conveyor is intended to operate in indoor industries, protected from the weather and from strong temperature changes. The main features are listed below: it does not sort the composite products; the loading hopper is entirely made of stainless steel; the electrical circuit is timed; the mobile fairing is made of painted steel and supports the electrical panel and the vacuum pump; the suction pipe is PVC for the connection between the vacuum pump and the hopper; the footprint and weight are minimal; easy installation and cleaning of the hopper.
