The machine is designed for processing whole or machine-picked grapes.
The frame and body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The destemming unit consists of a perforated basket. The spiked roller rotates in the same direction in the basket (synchronization). Both are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The baskets have different dimensions and distribution of holes. The distance and inclination of the rackets are mechanically adjustable. The speed of the spiked roller and the basket can be controlled by means of a frequency converter.
