With this used Multivac R272 Darfresh (MultiFresh) thermoforming machine you can effortlessly pack all your products in attractive SKIN packaging. The advantages of this packaging technique are that your product has a longer shelf life, the product does not shift and it has a luxurious appearance. The residual film on the sides is removed with two rollers, the small pieces of residual film are extracted by means of a residual film extraction system.

Explanation deep drawing machine working principle:
1. Bottom film is unwound from the roll
2. Bottom film is heated and formed in the forming station
3. Shaped packaging is transported
4. Packaging is filled in the insertion zone

Explanation SKIN packaging working principle:
In a vacuum skin packaging, the product is placed on a plastic tray. Thanks to the advanced technology and a special skin foil that remains on the product as a thin layer, a second skin is created, as it were. SKIN packaging therefore has a number of advantages. This way the products not only look attractive, but also the maximum shelf life is achieved. Another advantage is that the product stays in place and cannot shift on the tray. SKIN packaging is therefore very suitable for a standing or hanging presentation of your products.
