This is an ideal Jobbing machine as it will generate the Pinion and will cut the Ring gear by the very fast Formate system, up to 330 mm (12″0 diameter. It has Helical Motion, Formate Cycle, Cradle Rotation Setover, Dual Rotation, Extended Cutter Tilt up to 40 Degrees, Hydraulic Clamping, Auger Type Chip Conveyor, 2-Speed Motor. This was the last and best of Gleason’s mechanical Models before they started with NC – Very Excellent Condition.
