The 2017 GPD DS Series Dispense System is an inline model that is SMEMA compatible. It features three pump stations and a maximum board work surface of 24"x24". The system boasts a positioning accuracy of ± 0.0015″ (± 0,0381 mm) and repeatability of ± 0.0006″ (± 0,0152 mm).

It includes an automatic vision alignment system (GPD Cyclops system) and pattern recognition trainer, a red/blue illuminator, and a needle cleaner. The system also features a backlit auto calibration station for automatic X,Y,Z needle calibration and Station 1 Taper-Lock mounting hardware.

Programming is made easy through GPD Global FLOware Operating Software, allowing for the creation of dots, lines, fills, arcs, etc. The system is TCP/IP network ready and built on a welded steel frame. It includes a second internal hard drive for backups, interior lighting, and interlocked safety barriers for operator safety.

The system is powered by X-Y-Z brushless servo motors with precision ball screws, achieving a linear speed of up to 20 inches/second (508 mm/second). It features a 3-color status light tower (red, amber, green), a Pentium PC, and a color, flat panel monitor. The system also includes an easy access electronics drawer, a real-time editor for use while the system is in production, a start-up & leveling kit, and a USB copy of DS Series documentation for installation, operation, and maintenance. The system operates on either 115 VAC 60 Hz or 230 VAC 50 Hz power supply and comes with a CE Declaration of Conformity.
