Listing description

HOBART type H800 planetary action change pan mixer fitted with general purpose paddle style paddle mixing tool 300mm wide. Stainless steel product bowl 505mm dia x 470mm deep, gross capacity is 102 litres, assummed working capacity 80 litres. The product pan has two grab handles for transfer to and from the dedicated mobile cart. The machine has two different speed range selectors each with 4 speed positions. The batch mixing time can be pre set from the adjsutabel timer. The machine was supplied new in 1996 and fullry refurbished in 1999. Excellent condition.
