King model TB4 (GMP) automatic tablet/capsule counting machine with sachet filler
King tablet counter mounted on top of a sachet filling machine
The machine is loaded with a continuous flat roll of foil to form continuous metallized product sachets
The bottom and sides are heat-sealed together to form the sachet
The product is loaded from the top
The sachet with the loaded product then advances downwards
The top is sealed and the sachet cut off
The sealing of the top of the sachet forms the bottom of the next sachet
During this process a tear notch may be punched
Currently set up for sachet size 150mm long x 95mm wide with 500 tablets
Can be adjusted to 75mm long x 40mm wide
Number of tablets can also be adjusted
Last used on tablet sweeteners
