Base in folded and welded sheet metal, painted RAL 9002 with integrated electrical panel. The plant is certified as a "Class 1 LASER marking system" for sources Nd: YAG λ = 1064nm or CO2 λ = 10.6µm in accordance with current laws on safety on LASER emissions (EN 12100-1, EN60825 ). Aluminum top to support the parts to be machined, placed inside the work chamber, with an area of 600 x 500 mm, equipped with threaded holes and pins for quick and precise fixing of piece positioning. Electrically servo-assisted vertical axis, with manual button control, for the focus of the LASER with 400 mm stroke. Movement on guides and recirculating ball carriages and worm screw drive. Side access from manually operated horizontal door. More than 30 standard options are available to ensure maximum system flexibility. Inspection window, on the side door, filtered for LASER emissions. Ideal for prototyping but suitable for the mass production of small and precise parts, these machines can be equipped with a series of specific accessories for LASER marking such as rotary axes, vision systems or controlled axes.
