Listing description

The slicer cuts the product with up to 98% accuracy, both in terms of weight and size. After configuring the device and placing the product on the conveyor, it undergoes precise laser measurement – allowing the computer to determine where the blade needs to make cuts.
The product moves along the device; once portioned, a conveying belt collects the product and makes room for the next batch. An ideal machine for slicing and weighing portions of fish, fillets, meats, salmon, and chicken fillets. Belt speed: 20-400 mm/second.
