The oven is VXP Type 944, it has a nitrogen option and a single line, 12 heating zones (3 zones for peak) and 4 zones of cooling.
All technical procedures was done by Rehm recommendations. All transport components where changed. Rails, guides, chains, mechanical stations. Half year ago nitrogen analyzer was renew at Rehm.
*Cons of the oven, nitrogen is not stable. Leak somwehere and it can hold somewhere between 5k down to 20k ppm.
And fans of oven are worn. Some are changed, but some are still original. Oven is from 2011 so it’s normal at this age. Other then that oven is fully functional and until now it’s used in every day bases.
