Uhlmann UPS5ET blister machine for alu/alu blisters, including Uhlmann 149 buffer system. Foil width 100 to 300mm, stroke 64 to 272mm, cutting width from 28 to 284mm, forming depth 10mm. Foil roll diameter (top and bottom) max. 600mm, roll core 150mm. Splicing tape recognition on bottom foil.
Includes SyPro feeding system for syringes etc with flexible robotic arm and vacuum grip head, Seidenader camera filling control, VISIOtec VisioSCAN tear and pinhole detector for top and bottom foils, ionisation system, nitrogen purging of the blisters with measurement of the remaining gas inside using a PBI Dansensor MAP Check Combi, Domino D550+ laser code printer also adding a tear line to the film, with Seidenader print control camera.

Output up to 400 blisters per minute. As new, with only 350 production hours.
