This versatile, flexible FAM slices, strips (fries) and dicing machine is very suitable for cutting all types of fruit and vegetables. This dicer has a very high processing capacity of up to 4000 kg/hour (depending on the product, supply and cutting set). The drum has a large diameter so that large products (maximum 135mm) can also be cut. The slicer is very suitable for cutting large quantities of food, including: apples, beets, cabbages, carrots, cauliflower, celery, lemon, coconut, cucumber, eggs, eggplant, garlic, onions, melon, mushrooms, onions, peaches, peppers, peppers, pineapple, potatoes and tomatoes. The cutting size can be easily changed by replacing the circular knife roller and the cap roller.
